امواج گرانشی:
امواج گرانشی ripples یا ارتعاشاتی در بافت فضا-زمان هستند که توسط رویدادهای پرانرژی در کیهان مانند برخورد سیاهچالهها یا ستارگان نوترونی ایجاد میشوند. این امواج با سرعتی برابر سرعت نور حرکت کرده و هنگام عبور از هر نقطهای در فضا-زمان، آن را کمی کشیده و منقبض میکنند.
